I am newly diagnosed as of March 23rd so my words of wisdom may be somewhat limited in terms of how to deal with the ongoing battling of the disease, but there are really 3 things that are keeping me going right now: 1) A positive mental attitude, 2) Staying in the present and not worrying about what may happen in the future, and 3) Tremendous hope and promise based on new medical research and potential breakthroughs in treatment of the disease.
